Terms And Conditions
By placing an order with Raz Akta Jewelry, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”).
Please read this Agreement carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or services.
GENERAL TERMS
All sales are final. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Raz Akta Jewelry reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update or modify these terms at any time.
Any changes become effective immediately upon being posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, which will apply to all future orders.
HANDMADE AUTHENTICITY
Each piece is made by hand using traditional silversmithing techniques.
Slight differences in shape, texture, or tone reflect the individuality of the craft and the natural character of the materials.
No two pieces are ever completely identical, which is part of what makes each item from Raz Akta Jewelry unique.
RING SIZING
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size. A sizing guide is available for reference, but it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm all measurements before placing an order.
Raz Akta Jewelry is not responsible for costs, returns, or dissatisfaction resulting from incorrect sizing provided by the customer.
PRODUCTION TIME
Each piece is individually handcrafted.
Standard production time is up to 8 weeks, depending on design complexity and order volume.
During busy periods or unforeseen events, additional time may be required. If your order is expected to exceed this timeframe, you will be notified in advance.
SHIPPING TERMS & IMPORT FEES
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped from Israel using Israel Post or FedEx, depending on the most affordable option for your destination.
This approach helps keep shipping costs fair while maintaining reliable and trackable delivery.
Please allow 1–3 weeks for delivery after production is complete.
If you prefer a specific shipping method, such as FedEx Priority, please get in touch with us before checkout to arrange a custom rate.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
All shipments are declared as silver jewelry under HS code 71131150 (or equivalent, depending on destination).
Orders exceeding $2,500 USD require additional customs paperwork; you will be contacted by email if this applies.
Import Taxes, Duties & Local Fees
For U.S. orders, Raz Akta Jewelry pays import tariffs and duties in advance. The corresponding charge appears at checkout as an “Import Fee.”
If additional local taxes or courier handling fees are applied upon arrival, they remain the customer’s responsibility, as they cannot be predicted or prepaid.
For orders to all other countries, import taxes, VAT, customs duties, and handling fees are determined by local authorities and are not included in the order total.
These charges vary by country and are the customer’s sole responsibility.
Shipping Issues, Returns & Refunds Related to Delivery
If customs or paperwork issues occur, Raz Akta Jewelry will assist in communication with the courier or customs authorities and keep you updated.
While every effort is made to ensure smooth delivery, Raz Akta Jewelry cannot guarantee delivery times once a parcel is in transit or under customs review.
If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, a refund may be granted at our discretion.
If approved, it will be issued minus all shipping costs (both directions), payment processing fees, and any applicable handling or customs charges.
In the rare case of damage or loss during shipping, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Raz Akta Jewelry can assist by providing documentation or carrier details when needed but cannot issue refunds for courier-related issues.
